Product Description Tips for Canning:

For optimal storage, keep in a dry environment. It is important to note that Mason jars should not be exposed to high-pressure environments for more than 10 minutes. Prior to initial use, we recommend soaking the jars in hot water to eliminate any impurities from transportation and to soften the silicone seal. When tightening the lid by hand, avoid over-tightening to allow hot air to properly vent from the jars. This set includes 100 wide mouth jar lids. Bands are not included.
